You can file all day long, but as long as they have a judges order and an “ongoing investigation”, the car owners are S.O.L. The police are all but untouchable here.

You can’t deny the value. Honestly, in the $20k range, you have the 996 911, S2000, C5, Mustang Cobra and thats about it. Really, all of them have pros and cons and the C5 really is a great option, image be damned. That said, I am thinking about getting my wife a C6 Convertable .

Checked out the prices of the SLS AMG recently? You can pick them up for $175-$190k all day long. Mercedes sports cars depriciate pretty badly, the higher the trim, the more dramatic the drop.

You don’t need an autclave to cure carbon fiber. Most epoxies can cure at room temperature. You do need to pull a vacuum if you want to minimize weight though.
