What are you on about? Four digits for a spark plug change? Not even dealers charge that, ~$700 is normal. Unless you are talking about including coil packs, or the 30K service. It appears that there are laws governing dashboards. At the very least, a spedometer must be visible at all times according to the NTSB, so what is displayed on that screen (GPS) wouldn’t fly, at least while driving.
