The reading of “Aubade” was very stirring and drew some very interesting thematic parallels with this episode. I loved it.

I liked how much this episode emphasized that Forrest really is an idiot.

There is an entire scene in episode 3 where Stewart and Lyndon are using the machine to watch Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller have sex. Katie calls them out explicitly for violating the rule of privacy as she chastises them for their base application of such a formidable technology.
