Well, if you mean you are putting petrolatum or paraffin (not petroleum, obviously) on you lips and it can dry them out, that’s because it’s a barrier substance, not a moisturiser. It does that unless you combine it with a moisturising agent, which most hand creams that use it do. It’s a preventative, not a treatment.

Whilst this is a well written and thought out piece, I think if you were to engage Christian creationists (who are the dominant flavor in our current times) it would come up against the same disbelief as evolutionary science does, because it and geological science approaches involve micro and macro scale views of the

The EWG are borderline food-babes so I smell woo-reactionary-bullshit.

Most makeup that brands itself as “natural” just calls some of the chemicals it uses more “natural” names, charges more, uses different colours on their packaging, and heavier perfumes. And thin.

No, that is exactly the case. Women wearing “mens clothes” is valorised in society as “androgynous” but the opposite is well, the opposite.

I know plenty of fat women with big breaststroke who wear Peter pan collars because they dgaf.

It doesn’t matter.

Be real nice if “androgynous” wasn’t code for “masculine”.

Do you think that setting a food item on fire accurately measures how much energy our bodies extract from a food item?

Someone do a Zola gift register for the Red Wedding, please.
