Hader confirmed it was a legit time jump.

I loved how Fischler’s wife told him who was calling. “It’s Batman again.”
The follow up in the conference room with all the gangbangers holding giant stuffed animals killed me (pun sort of intended).
Sorry, the pedant in me can’t hold back. It’s MI5, which deals with domestic security & intelligence. James Bond works for MI6.
Trainspotting are we?
I can’t imagine how the ray of sunshine that is Courtney Whitmore (& Brec Bassinger) affects the dark & dour universe of the Titans.
The Dr. Z bit was a great riff on John Lennon’s lost weekend. Lennon hung out with Spector at the Whiskey A Go-Go and he got kicked out of the Troubadour with Harry Nilsson for heckling the Smothers Brothers.

Doesn’t the fact that Blonsky is friendly enough with Wong that Wong will secretly break him out of prison so they can go cage fighting counter any mystery as to how sincere he is about being reformed?
Didn’t think I’d need to put a sarcasm tag on that one m’boy.
There were a lot of little things popping up in the background of this episode. My favorite was the moment the partner of the big law firm offered to buy Jen a drink, the bartender grabbed a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon (and got the nod from the lawyer that it was okay to serve it to her).
I think she’s still in LA at this point.
Well he was in Death to Smoochy so....maybe?
With my internet & cable (yes, I still am wired), it’s actually cheaper to keep the landline as a package than it would be to cancel it. Also, I still have my fax line as well, though at this point it’s more to keep the 212 number than anything else.
This, this, this, so much this. We need, nay deserve, a reboot of shows that received the short shrift. I nominate The Man From Atlantis & Manimal to begin the trend. Supertrain, however, had a perfect nine episode run and should never be touched.
From the header photo, I thought it was the pilot for a live action adaptation (cause why read captions?). Cause Sailor Moon hasn’t been Rule 34'd enough.
Calling from the future to let you know it closed a couple of weeks before the shutdown in March 2020 (how ninja of them was that!).
For any of you coming here much, much later, the Ninja restaurant closed in early March, 2020 (good timing there, wasn’t it?).
I had the same issue with that, especially as it wasn’t even commented on at all. Maybe all that sleep plus what the sleepie sickness took away from her slowed down her aging . At least they made her Rose’s great-grandmother.
