I was surprised that it was actually Matt Lucas and not Matt Ryan doing a Matt Lucas impression when Crowley the painting was talking.

The funny thing is for a second when I first saw Bishop in this episode, I thought he was a heavily made up Adam Tsekhman because at this point I wouldn’t put it past this show to have the big bad somehow be a Gary Green clone (or vise versa).

The thing with Ella is that Lucifer HAS told her the truth. Repeatedly. Just as he told everyone the truth from day one. It’s only when they finally see it that everyone then believes it. With Ella, it’s all about faith, not proof. She has to come to the realization on her own.

Had Trixie met Dad prior to this episode? It makes sense the He knows who she is but her sitting down and her sharing her runaway food with a stranger was a bit off. He does ask and she does say she knows He is Lucifer’s father but I don’t remember them having already met.

I did like the fact that He (is anyone else finding it weird capitalizing that when it’s about a character on a TV show about the devil?) knew Maze was following him the entire time and even called her out on not being able to go through with killing him before suggesting she could grow a soul.
