When my kids were young, I taught them that whenever they asked, “Why did they do that?” while we were watching a movie, the answer to pretty much always would ultimately boil down to either, “To make us laugh” or “To make money.” Too bad the answer in teal life is so rarely “To make us laugh.”

My favorite memory of John Saxon is from the TV movie (and hopeful pilot) Planet Earth when he realizes the gruel is drugged and keeps making the guy sitting next to him eat his. It’s been 46 years (yes, I’m that old) and I still remember him saying “Eat” after switching bowls and then pretending to suck down the

Any suggestions on cooking this for those of use apartment bound without access to true grills?

“Don’t touch the phlebotinum!”

Well it was only a matter of time before they did one of these.

Stuck in a time loop? It was only a matter of time before they did one of these.

My favorite memory of Action Park is the time I didn’t go. I met up with some guys to go but realized I forgot something. When I ran back into the house , the asshole who was driving thought it would be cute to take off without me. My friend who was in the car thought he was just going to go to the end of the block

For a demographic who is believed to be somewhat media savvy, how does he not know a man bun is something to be mocked? It’s like all the guys in the 80's who popped their collars not realizing that it was always the assholes in movies who had popped collars.

I’m getting tired of thinking, “damnit Courtney, shut up” or “damnit Courtney, don’t do that,” but it is exactly what I should be thinking because she’s a teenager and actually acting like one.

At least she remembered to close the Starman search window (though I hope the IT department isn’t evil as well)

Good to see a fellow old person here!

Legends of Tomorrow used “Groundhog Day” as a shortcut to explain what was going on in their time loop episode. It was the first thing Nate told Zari (who’d never seen or heard of the movie) to tell him each time she runs into him after the restart.

I dunno about that. If you’ve ever met someone who regularly bartends at weddings, etc., they tend to have the same type of blasé attitude that she has without being stuck in a time loop (maybe because going to all those weddings, etc., feel like a hellish time loop).

pu-leeze! Watched it when it originally aired and already own it. To be honest, I watched Galavant before my son got me to start watching Psych and I was surprised when I found out Omundson wasn’t British.

Here’s Lassie’s shopping/chore list. It’s definitely worth reading

If I remember correctly, at the end of the series, he admitted to everyone that he lied about being Psychic. He left a video for Lassie to tell him but Lassie deleted it before he saw Shawn’s admission.

It was only a matter of time until they did one of those.

Show Whitehall? If you get Enver, Dichen, & Reed together, it’ll be a real interesting reunion!

I wish they had mentioned Lucifer, even to just talk about the cafeteria scene during the escape. It was so beautifully shot. When they duck from the flying underwear in sync is amazing.
