I have a save that's just sitting at the beginning of the final mission on Ironman (normal difficulty though). I will probably never complete it even though I only had a few casualties throughout the campaign. At this point I feel like my strategic thinking is just too out of practice to do well.

There's a mod you can get that makes it so the timer doesn't start on timed missions until you're detected, which is probably how it should have been from the start. I tend to not like playing games with gameplay mods, since I feel it spoils the purity of the experience, so I haven't checked it out.

This weekend I'll probably be finishing up my replay of Dishonored. I don't know what the cause is, but I'm just not simply that into this game right now, or any game for that matter. I'm definitely having a much easier time this time around, and am getting pretty near the end of the game (in the Flooded District).

Phantom Hourglass got a bad rap for some reason, even though I feel it's one of the most solid Zelda games to come out in recent memory. The Ocean King Temple (or whatever it's called) was probably one of the biggest complaints about the game, but I feel like it did something unique and interesting. Also the

Can you say what puzzle you're stuck on? I can offer vague hints but also I'd like to know just for curiosity's sake.

I'm scared to revisit XCOM 2 since they nerfed the hell out of Mimic Beacons, which was basically my "oh shit" button every time more than 2 aliens survived a given turn. Hopefully they did something to rebalance some of the timed missions, since some of them were near impossible to complete in the given timeframe

Undertale takes the idea and turns it on its head. You're told to name the character in the beginning, and it turns out you're naming the "First Human" that appeared at the starting cave, who set most of the events of the game in motion. The character you control has a completely different name and is just said to

I finished up Deus Ex: Mankind Divided earlier this week, and it was pretty good despite having one of the worst ending sequences I've seen in a video game. I might dive back in for New Game+, to try and round out some achievements or whatnot. Honestly I'd rather just start a new game, but I started on the hard

A hint regarding that room: Try making paths around the big pile of junk, so you can see it from all angles.

I am really enjoying Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. They've changed up the mechanics enough to make it feel fresh again, and added some nice quality of life changes that make my life easier. Jensen can now sprint for longer than 2 seconds, and you can take down guards from behind cover, and you'll even pull the guard

I don't know how long I spent roaming around the main hub area in Prague (not the one you start in), but it could probably be qualified as "a buttload of time". Agent Jensen, Interpol, plunders the entirety of Prague.

Funicular fight? I just hid in a vent until it arrived and stealth camo'd my way inside :P

I enjoyed Hong Kong a lot, and was slightly annoyed to find that just a few weeks after finishing it, they released the enhanced edition that adds new missions and such. Maybe at some point I'll go back and play again as a different conduct. (I was a decker/rigger my first time through, which seems to be a very potent

The last McMuffin I got, the egg wasn't fully cooked so the whites were slightly runny and the yolk had the chalky yet gummy texture. I think it's turned me off of McMuffins altogether.

IIRC in this particular instance the woman was asked to stop recording and refused.

I got my GTX 1070 delivered and installed yesterday, though I haven't done much to test it yet. I played a little Dark Souls III and was able to crank it up to max settings, which will be great for when the DLC comes out next month.

Strange, I thought Inside was way better than Limbo in pretty much every regard. The story is a little weird and unexplained but I feel like it's just presented as is and you can either take it at face value or try to discern some meaning from it.

Wedge Antilles!

Especially with his latest credit, the GOP National Convention!

It's pronounced weiner slave.
