Back during Desert Storm, we had some Intruders that were g-limited. Either the age of the wings, or the age of certain structural components, and there were stickers put all over the cockpit, telling the crews that their g-forces were limited.

What are you on? On what planet does it make more sense for the GOP to plant Trump, knowing that if he makes a third party run, it’ll siphon voters who are to the right of center, guaranteeing defeat for the establishment GOP candidate... just like Perot did? That third party run put a Clinton in office as well - why…
Coupeville was a major center for the white supremacist movement (including the klan) when I was stationed up there in the late ‘80’s.
And let us not forget this classic commercial: Reebok Pump
Bonus points for you... I knew Shatner was in the original, but didn’t remember that Lithgow was in the movie.... and for both of them to reprise their roles on Third Rock (I missed that episode) - good catch!
Because Obama had just finished telling us all that he had personally won the war on terrorism, and losing an embassy to AQ wouldn’t fit that narrative, especially leading into an election where he was counting on his triumphant victory to get him re-elected.
But have you seen this scene?
So... from a business perspective, where is the money that will go to content providers coming from? There will be no ad revenue coming in from Red subscribers, as the videos will all be “Ad-Free” for those subscribers. The $10.00/month subscription fee isn’t going to go far, as people switch to an ‘all you can eat’…
Well, not everyone, but there are a handful of girls from high school I’d call up: “Yeah, you remember how you said you would only sleep with me if the world were going to end tomorrow? Well....”
You can’t see how high these guys are (can’t see the bottom of the canyon), but back in the ‘90’s, our guys would go through there in A-6’s flying hard TF at 200’ (or less) AGL. Any higher, you were buying a round at the O-Club. Usually between ~250-300 kts.
The guys in his squadron chose that for him. Sometimes there’s a lot of ingenuity that goes into callsigns, sometimes not.
FYI, cruising speed at altitude is very near their stall speed, with only around 15mph difference (iirc). Cruising speed is somewhere around 400mph, not very high speed.
Dave, you’re the one who defined the CAS role as dropping bombs on anything in a ten or twenty mile circle. The CAS role involves flying low and slow, putting ordinance on pinpoint targets at the direction of FACs or ground troops, at their request.
“...on everything in a ten or twenty mile circle...”
The F35 will be able to hit more targets harder and more accurately than an A10 - simultaneously.
Obligatory
Shhhh! The corn has ears!
No girls at Hooters? What Hooters was it? I want to make sure to stay away from that one. Hooters girls are the main reason to go to Hooters.
Not quite the same thing, from a culinary perspective: link
Celery has ribs as well. Honest mistake.
