If this is true, based on how much coffee I drink, I should be able to absorb other peoples’ diabetes and eliminate it on top of any risk I might have.

“But size doesn’t matter, fellas!”

I mean, she’s at the Oscars, not the American Academy of Humanitarian Acts awards.  What a buncha dorks.

The Razzies has always had Big Virgin “I collect way too many Funko Pop toys” Energy.

Sigh...really?  It’s simply because she’s an amazing content creator?  Because this isn’t good content.

Priyanka Chopra just isn’t going to really happen.

ANY woman? What if that woman irreparably damaged the lives of many people? Or killed someone? Or committed a truly heinous act?

I don’t think Marvel’s lost their mojo, I think Marvel needs a new source of mojo - the current mojo is getting stale. Their narratives are suffering from the precedent of success (“victory has defeated YOU!”) - what worked in the past just isn’t gonna work now because we’ve seen it already.

AMEN

It’s like we can’t get away from Millennial-era pop culture. It’s still easy to reminisce about it because it was the first batch of popular media that was easy to rewatch (DVD and then streaming), and the people making these decisions right now are older Millennials or younger Xers who saw this stuff on the periphery.

No jury is going to get Musk.  Like Madoff, Holmes, and Friedman, it’s going to be when he really fucks over super-rich people.

You’re arguing a very conservative talking point - “how can all these people say they don’t have enough money when they have CELL PHONES and go on VACATION!!!!!!!”

Honestly, I think it’s not gay or queer enough.  We need to reach ludicrous gay in these videos.

I’m less concerned about the IP, I’m more concerned Sweeney is just going to become “the big boob Gen Z girl” and that’s all she wrote. She does indeed have big boobs but so far she seems to be a pretty good actress too, however we have seen Hollywood do this shit before.

That’s the point of this movie. It’s not about “stakes” like Stand By Me. The latter is kind of a trope - boys becoming men and bonded through harrowing experiences and threats of violence. They only become “men” after they’ve proven they can endure violence, and perpetrate it.

I will never forget the hate she got for hosting the Oscars with a completely high, rude, and totally unprofessional James Franco. That was unreal.

I think it’s hard to beat Pfeiffer, but Hathaway put in an excellent performance.  I don’t get all the love for Kravtiz in The Batman - she’s basically demure.  In no way is she a threat to anyone in that entire city.

Snark and cynicism is a constantly devaluing currency. I think people are tired of trying to be super cool in the vein of “liking anything is dumb and lame, here’s why XYZ is stupid.” The MCU started leaning into it in Phase 2 (where it was really just Stark’s domain), and now it’s completely played out.

I think being a woman gives them an advantage. A huge part of Holmes’ grift was conning older guys who were like “WOW! A smart woman! What a novelty!” Old corporate white guys still operate from a 1960s mindset where a woman, by default, didn’t have the “smarts” that they did so when a woman DID show that, it was like

As a massive Halo fan, the show is not better than Uncharted, and certainly not better than the OG Tomb Raider.
