Replying just to bump this up, as it’s my favorite thing about this whole debacle.
My fiancé and I are going to the march in DC with my parents, who haven’t been to a protest since the 70s. I’m so excited! Our bus leaves at 2:15 AM...!
“women and girls should have privacy and safety in their restrooms, showers and locker rooms”
Wouldn’t count on it - Trump is being sued by those kids:
Me too! I say “salud” whenever someone sneezes. When I lived in Spain I got a kick out of everyone saying “Jesus!” to sneezes; to an American, it sounds like they’re swearing instead of wishing you well.
This is a movie about being snatched and we have no explanation for the snatching!
The demonstration I bought a bus ticket for is a Saturday, one-day protest. I work Monday-Friday, 9-5.
Me too! It will be my first large-scale protest. My fiancé and I are going down on a bus with my parents, who haven’t been to a protest since the late 60s/early 70s when they were hippies traveling across the country in their car. It feels like such an amazing cross-generational bonding experience.

I could not give a single shit about these randos BUT I haven’t thought about Lonelygirl in literally YEARS and am so happy to be reminded of that. That was such a crazy time on YouTube.
Oooh, I’ve met the guy listed at #2 (tangentially through family). I thought he was a really interesting, intelligent person. Plus he’s super liberal. A++
