When I was in fifth grade, my math teacher used to give us quizzes that had only a few questions (maybe 4, max) on them, so it wasn’t that unheard of to miss all of them and get a zero. Anyone who got a zero had to get up in front of the class and sing a special song she had written called “We are the zero people.”
Even better, the defunct URL from the doctor’s letterhead has now been purchased by a company called “Annoying Teddy”. They sell gift teddy bears that sing Happy Birthday on loop for three hours with no option to turn it off:

Seconded. I read Nothing to Envy and Without You There Is No Us back-to-back, and it was an incredible wealth of knowledge. The former gets you the stories of everyday people and the danger of trying to escape, and the latter gives you perspective into the lives of the elite and ruling class.
