I would wager that commercially grown soy isn’t that much better. That’s a lot of water and pesticides, especially in the US.

Soy is drastically better for the environment than animal agriculture. Many vegetarians and vegans (myself included) choose to be so because of environmental concerns and not wanting to contribute in any way to the factory farming industry. If you’re interested, here’s a good infographic breakdown of the environmental…
Seriously - I went back and re-read the opening paragraphs to make sure I wasn’t imagining things.
I’m surprised to see how many people (including the article, apparently) advocate for inviting a wedding guest in a relationship without their significant other. A significant other is not a plus one, and should always be invited by name on the invitation; it’s incredibly rude to invite someone to celebrate your…
Ugh, all the comments seem to be from 2013 and 2014... It’s 2016.
Is there somewhere more reputable than H&M where they’ll take stained/old/torn clothes and actually recycle them into new garments instead of trashing them? I always assume unsaleable items donated to places like Goodwill just go in the trash, so I’ve only ever donated nicer/gently worn things to them.
Oh, I’m right there with you! I’m actually a professional copywriter and proofreader*, and I’m shocked by some of the simple mistakes I find in other copywriters’ pieces when I review them.
Oh, I don’t disagree with you; the piece is competently written at best. I just felt the need to point out that these kinds of errors are commonplace on Gawker sites.

GIFs haven’t been working for me on kinja forever, so I can only see the ANTM as a still of Jade’s back, but OMG JADE.
I got irrationally angry when I saw that Pretty Wild was losing.

Ah, okay! Whew... :)
Wait, what has Jeffrey Dean Morgan done? I don’t want him to be an asshole... He just opened a small-town candy shop with Paul Rudd and I like to think about them being all sweet and cute and sorting chocolates together.
Agreed. I almost always take the extra few steps to put my FB newsfeed into “most recent” mode. Otherwise, what’s the point?
Ugh, some people are the worst. I’m also betting that the legislator didn’t actually get bad service, otherwise she would have written “bad service” or something similar. The “sorry” just comes across as her deciding not to tip but feeling awkward about writing $0.00 on the line — because if she had a reason to not…
DINGDINGDING
This post should be higher up.
I emailed and tweeted at them. I just can’t believe they apologized for supporting gender equality. What morons.
A SPOILER ALERT DOES NOT WORK HERE
