When someone who was born rich claims “they work their ass off”

A friend of mine is raising two boys and her and her husband are doing such a great job raising them to be conscientious thoughtful people and then they go over to Grandma's and oh, look WATER GUNS.

I’m a mom of a six month old boy, but I’m not a #boymom. Not only do I not have time to read mommy blogs or get into mom culture, but it seems very limiting for mothers to build their outward identity around motherhood. I mean, yeah, I spend like 80% of my time when not working or sleeping with my baby, but at least I

I’m going with:

Last Christmas, I burned down Kings landing.

I like Emilia, I like Henry, I LOVE Emma, but man do I ever hate that fucking song.

it’s called “last christmas” and she has a disease so she probably dies. also the dude appears mysteriously so he’s an angel. she goes to hell for worshiping the pagan yule.

And in conclusion, may I please remind you that it does not say “RSVP” on the Statue of Liberty.

Would those include semi-literate chambermaids with limited English skills and just $750* from the Scottish Isles**? Or Bavarian draft-dodgers running from the Prussians with little more than the clothes on their back?

Ughhhhhhhhh, I know the guy accusing Katy. I believe his claims and I agree it’s sexual assault to expose someone like that, but my god he’s the worst fucking human being I’ve ever met. He’s abusive towards his friends, he’s verbally attacked my sister many times over text and kept harassing her and threatening her.

Congrats! You got a insane stalker. You’re a real internet person now.

Yassss this is one step closer to Jantoni! Yes I’m that person who is shipping Jonathan and Antoni.

In corporate culture, many women feel the need to compete. It’s basically cool girl syndrome for grown ups. They are the roughest, toughest, most savage bitch at the conference table, and don’t you forget it.

During her talk, she made it very clear that getting topics like puberty and sex right for her young readers was very important to her.

Dropping a ‘fuck’ or ‘shit’ in frustration is no longer news. It’s just vocabulary, but CNN would like to get a news cycle out of it.

I’m actually more inclined to watch this if Vin Diesel and the rest of them AREN’T in it.

I will watch the shit out of this. I love Statham, Johnson, & especially Idris Elba. 😍These films don’t pretend to be anything other than what they are, which is some goofy fun. If I’m paying $$ to be distracted for two hours, I’m gonna need some explosions and something that makes me involuntarily say (quietly),

I met Tamora Pierce a couple years ago (my local bookstore got her when Tempests and Slaughter came out) and I thanked her for including sex in her books. I mean, I was too busy reading fantasy books to be having any sex myself as a teen. But, it was nice to have it approached in her books rather than so many YA books

Even Alanna goes to George’s mom for advice on how to be more feminine, wearing dresses and jewelry and even walking more ladylike. She shows up at her knighthood ceremony in a dress as kind of a “fuck you!” to the haters; she was either going to succeed or fail as a woman.

Thayet is incredibly feminine and beautiful, and still strong and independent. She becomes the queen for goodness sakes.
