Lol, I have a Wrangler, its terrible on the road. There was a point when I was passing on a two lane road that I thought to myself that I would lose control if I had to do any emergency maneuver right now. That’s why I “need” a Raptor or TRX.

No one knows how much humans are contributing to climate change. Climate change has always happened will always happen no matter what we do. The disagreement comes from how much it will cost humankind to slow climate change versus living through it. I for one don’t think that the United States should bankrupt its

Yeah can you believe it still has pneumatic tires, I mean they were invented in 1888! I mean the nerve that we still have DOHC cars when the first one came out in 1912. 4 wheels on a car is as old as dirt, why don’t we have something more technological.

Unless you power-shift you will always lose full boost shifting a manual. When you completely let of the throttle shifting your manual the boost is gone and you have to respool once you get back on it. Automatics shift faster without letting completely off the throttle.

I was with you until the last sentence because I’m confused about why you are comparing a 2.7EB to a 5.4l, and an aluminum bodied F150 to a Steel Bodied Raptor?

Why would rich idiots finance them? If I were a rich idiot I would just buy them :). But yeah they scare me when I’m on bike. I used to go to Pismo dunes all the time but after getting hit there by a drunk idiot I don’t go back.

The other benefits of the 5.0 are weight (50 lbs lighter over the standard 3.5L) no intercooler and reduced piping to fail, less heat soak, simpler to work on due to reduced piping and theoretically longer life for an NA motor.

I’d even be happy with the new 5.0L as no cost option even though its less powerful. The new 5.0L just about matches fuel econ of the new (non raptor) 3.5L with the 10 speed so it wouldn’t be a huge performance penalty for the Raptor I think. Hell give the raptor the 460 HP Mustang Motor and I bet performance in both

Of course you would be fine with taking other people’s money. That’s why we are a republic, not a democracy. The majority shouldn’t crush the rights of the few. Inheritance tax is robbery, as that money was already taxed, people should have full control of how to distribute their wealth. Though I agree buying an 18 yr

Wealth inequality sounds a lot like jealousy. Thou shall not covet. Pretty simple. You should focus and making the poor less poor, not the rich less rich. Everyone legitimately rich through voluntary transactions has decreased poverty. Rockefeller gave people affordable oil so they could heat their house. Bill Gates

wildly unrealistic fantasy.

People need cars for transportation. People need guns to protect our freedom from a tyrannical government. You can’t make a case to keep guns except that our country is founded on that principal.

Delay valves on clutches are no fun, but it makes sense that could cause it. I guess that’s a little better then a low pass filter on the throttle.

Honest question, did they fix the 2nd gear synchro problem?

It’s my theory that people that get worst mileage in automatic transmissionturbo cars then automatic transmission NA cars accelerate quicker in the Turbo cars because boost is addictive.

I did miss that CARB has an exemption in the EPA that Pruitt is trying to reverse.

CARB is California Air Resources Board, the federal government has zero jurisdiction over it.

I haven’t found any evidence that Trump is reducing emission standards, he is just reducing CAFE standards.
