I’m not sure I follow you. From the article it is clear to me that Toyota has a rev matching system for the manual transmission, that is different then a “synchro”. Seems you need to look up what a synchronizer is https://auto.howstuffworks.com/manual-transmission-synchronizers.htm.

Its has custom exhaust and engine tuning to make it sound like the movie! That will be hard to replicate in the after market.

Synchros synchronize the front shaft of the transmission to the rear shaft. They can’t synchronize the engine. The clutch and your left foot have to synchronize the engine.

Because it eliminates the challenge. Its like god mode in a video game, gets boring very quickly.
