Arcades pissed me the hell off as a kid. Street Fighter 2 and later Mortal Kombat were my two favorite games and I wasn't good enough to compete with anyone. I saved my allowance every week and headed down to 7-11 and hoped that nobody would be playing so I could play against the CPU.

I was a huge DDR fan back in the day, even though anyone in the arcade could out-dance me. P.S. There are boobs in this video at 2:11.

A third option you didn't mention is to use the "Expand" button next to the "Fullscreen" button. This is the best option in my opinion. The problem is that there's no way to use this view by default. To achieve this, as well as load a higher quality video, I use YousableTube Fix ( [userscripts.org] ). It's

Consolidation. It's the same concept as an RSS reader gathering articles from all your favorite websites into one place.

i've been doing this with miranda im for a long time now. the problem is that if i forget to close the app before opening it on one of my other computers, i get a conflicting database file and lose any conversation logs made since first opening the app. it's less than ideal, but it gets me by.

I have never owned a laptop and don't see that changing anytime soon, or ever for that matter.

@cowgod: after days and days of digging through the registry and trying everything under the sun, i have determined that splayer will destroy your file associations and cause thumbnails of all supported file types to stop working in windows explorer. in other words, this program should be taken out back and shot.

I use a combination of several of these programs for my needs. I rip a movie to the hard drive with DVD Fab (the free version). Then I use DVD Shrink to reauthor the disc to get rid of all the menus and extras. Finally, I burn the ISO created by DVD Shrink with ImgBurn (the successor to DVD Decrypter). They're all

i need your help fellow lifehackers. i installed this program on my windows 7 64 bit machine and associated it with all available file types. now i can double click any movie for it to start playing, which is fantastic, however there is a problem. all my video thumbnails are gone from windows explorer and i just
