i'm wondering why i shelled out money for postbox now. it looks like almost all of the features that were so great about postbox are now in thunderbird 3. thoughts?

one thing i don't like about the google apps account is that i can't sign in to google reader, analytics, web developer tools, etc. i still have to use my @gmail.com account for that. if i could get rid of the @gmail.com account all together, that would be fantastic. #gmail

i've had the microsoft intellimouse 3.0 for probably 8 years now. it's one of the best mice ever made. it's nice and big for my gorilla hands, has back/forward buttons, the scroll wheel clicks instead of glides like other microsoft mice, and it looks sweet in the dark (i usually play games in the dark).

@RichPowers: nooooooo. i am missing some of my old favorite game boxes (but i still have the discs) and they cost a small fortune on ebay. why would you throw away such a thing? i just died a little inside.

i have what i consider a pretty large collection of old baseball, basketball and football trading cards (about 8000) that i've owned since i was in middle school. considering how much money i "wasted" on this collection i really can't let it go.

this is one mentality that i just can't comprehend. i guess it's the american in me that wants more and more stuff, but i absolutely love staring at my growing collection of cds, dvds, and video games. i'm proud of my collections and i don't want them all to be hidden away in some cd binder or closet.

totally awesome. i will now solidify my standing as the geekiest guy in the office by building one of these.

i pledged for the firefox download day but i haven't received a single email stating a release date. why am i only hearing that it is the 17th from lifehacker and not from mozilla themselves? maybe they are mass emailing everyone on tuesday, which seems like short notice if they are expecting to break the download

the two extensions i'm missing the most are screengrab! and the google toolbar. google toolbar more so than anything else. i am really lost without my search term buttons and highlighter. i've gotten by without autofill by using the new autofill forms extension. i haven't played with it too much but it seems way
