Most PC games can have you easily edit the ini files and turn off start up entirely. When I click the XCOM icon, I'm instantly at the menu.

ODST is my favorite game of the bunch. The overworld aspect was fantastic, utilizing Halo's open ended gameplay pretty well and it's loneliness noire theming was extremely fitting. The missions were enjoyable and kept with the set-piece tradition. The characters were really great, basically being a Firefly reunion…
Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. You were the greatest cartoon series I have ever watched. And that's saying something. I've always liked comics but you sold it to me. All the great characters with their wit and badassness. Your adaptations to the great comics we know and love. All the cameos, that didn't rely on…
I remember the Julian Gollop article wasn't too accurate in getting the feel of how he felt about XCOM:EU. He definitely wasn't as bitter as the article made it sound. He was more wary of some decisions, such as free cameras and pre-made environments with no destructibility (though he wasn't informed enough to know…
You should do a 'shop contest for this kind of stuff. Celebrities whose lives have been game-ified.
First things first, it's really fast. A lot of appealing challenge.
The ultimate surpriser isn't in here.
Romney is fucked up for cutting a supposedly gay classmate's bleached hair because he thought he looked "wrong". In college. Practically an adult. THAT IS NOT OK, EVER.
That's why you get a PC, where the community is smart and doesn't make servers with admins who are forced to be decent under the pressures of their community.
Ha!
I agree, a zombie game is a good answer.
Yeah, after this post I found out, but I'm sad that they don't have the same voice actor for McCoy.
Looks good.
Is that McCoy in the 70's DJ booth, please tell me he's at least in the game. I love that character.
Additionally, the Jullian Gollop 3D "Valkyria Chronicles before Valkyria Chronicles" XCOM Remake , "The Dreamland Crhonicles: Freedom's Ridge, was post-alien invasion along with another Julian Gollop game, Rebelstar: Tactical Command, which is basically XCOM combat on the GBA with japanese-esque characters.
I really hope this means no Shepard in the film. I want a canon film.
Bay Area has a very nice fighting scene, with Minigolf places and some Fighting Game focused small venues. It's exactly what you expect from the fighting game community; low key and nothing too flashy, but all fun.
I really like the Veterancy concept. The process was potentially too much work, with all the varied armors and multiple types of armor per class, but I would love to see it added or put into a later game. That way, I can easily spot who's a badass on the battlefield and who I can rely on.
Seriously, they could have done a better job fitting that vending machine in that bus. They cut the model just so it could fit.
I hope they also add new maps for the game. Personally, I would like if they added a couple of country specific maps. Their technique of modifying signs to change the atmoshpere is actually pretty effective, but it's not too effective finding a whole European Architecture looking building in China
