Agreed. I have about that much and it’s that perfect point between enough to have fun and go fast and more than you can use on a public road. I can make a sub 14 second 1/4 mile and spin the tires but I can’t use the acceleration or top speed to its potential very often. Would I like more? Of course. Would more power

There are active Coast Guard boats in Oklahoma on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Waterway. The Coast Guard does a lot of stuff inland.

I’ve read reviews complaining about it being “a little loud at high RPMs”. I don’t get it because I love how mine sounds. I’m guessing the people writing those reviews need to stick to buicks.

I guess I’m ahead of the curve. I picked mine up about 2 years ago and I’ve been thrilled with it ever since.

It’s not just that a lot of rain came down fast, either. This is after prolonged rains that have saturated the ground so 100% of new rain runs off, plus detention areas are already full of water from previous rains. There are systems in place but they aren’t designed to withstand a prolonged onslaught.

They are in contact with the ATC of the countries they fly through. I have had the privilege of hearing a firsthand account from a B2 pilot who bombed Bagdad during the start of the war. He said they flew with transponder and not in a complete “stealth mode” all the way to Iraq, communicating with ATC, until he

This sort of thing happens a couple times a year (At least for me). I have never paid for a subscription but they keep trying to entice me. The only way I know it’s working is when I get in my car and the voice comes over the stereo telling me about some sort of weather warning in my area.

This is interesting but probably not as big of a problem nowadays as it would’ve been years ago since fewer people listen to radio these days. I listen to my ipod/pandora mostly these days, especially on road trips where the changes would affect me the most.

You’re wrong on at least two points:

While it’s absurd that people could be so clueless or disrespectful at such and important and solemn place, it is cool to see that they actually do properly guard the tomb and aren’t just there putting on a show.

That’s the thing, this only reverses the wheel. It doesn’t help you know when to turn the wheel to make the trailer turn in the particular curve you want or any of the other nuances of trailer use. Knowing when and how hard to turn and when to reverse directions are the key to backing up with a trailer, not simply

Just no. I’ve never had an issue backing up my truck. I don’t need another feature to break, which will also drive up already inflated new truck prices.

Not always. It’s particularly fun to watch an old guy with skill and a well-tuned yet cheap car go right around a young punk with a fancy, expensive car but no skill.

It depends on local codes. You don’t want to use them in a location where children may climb on them as worst case, the kids could climb over and get hurt, and best case, they may climb on them and pull them loose or cause them to sag.

Came here to say this.

This is awesome. I love how Muskogee, OK is one of the notable cities on there.

Yeah, I used to DD a crew cab full sized truck (Still my weekend vehicle) and I doubt the Hummer would surprise me much. Acceleration, Brakes, Ride, Handing, all generally suck. Then again, of course they do, that’s not why you have that vehicle.

That was also the end of when the Outback was an offroad capable car/wagon and not a bloated crossover.

He has the guard on his saw held open with a zip tie. Big safety no-no!

I’ve been seeing a lot of Maseratis around Tulsa lately.
