I think it’s safe to leave a child in a car when the conditions and circumstances are appropriate for their age and abilities. There is definitely room for common sense in this situation. What’s right for an infant isn’t necessarily true for every kid. The ZERO TOLERANCE people evidently lack any sense themselves and

Zero tolerance? Zero? For any child?

So you think a person should be charged with child endangerment for letting a 12 year-old sit in a car and play on an ipad while they run into a convenience store or something?

I have two kids and three cars between my wife and myself. I always hit the unlock button on the fob while it’s in my pocket, which probably helps a bit.

Why did your keys leave your pocket? How did they ever end up on the roof? My fob goes in my pocket when I leave the house and then comes out when I get home at the end of the day.

I came here to day just this. If I were to build a hotrod it would most definitely be a Javelin. (Although I’d use a modern chevy crate engine because I’m not stupid).

Brodozers in general need to disappear. Nothing like taking a functional vehicle and changing everything about it that was functional so you can no longer use it for any of its intended purposes.

Agreed. The current trend of “rat rods” is really just an excuse for people being lazy and not finishing a project.

Khakis, a wrinkled cotton polo shirt, and inexpensive white sneakers.

I’m betting power steering fluid. Not an impossible fix or a deal breaker on a $4,500 car.

You brilliantly managed to capture the essence of Sbemail. I would award you more stars but I can’t, plus now I’m sad that we aren’t getting any more Sbemails.

I’ll be damned! It very well could be. And no amount of replaced seals or gaskets would ever fix that.

I call them that, mostly just for fun. You do occasionally see stupid stuff go on in them, though, which could border on suicide. Worst would be people using it as a merge lane when pulling out from a side street, second would be people who get into it waaaaay too early and end up face-to-face with someone from the

#1 Would be road tripping through beautiful scenery. Preferably at faster than the speed limit.

Senator Tom Coburn once said (And I completely agree with him): The government does nothing efficiently and almost nothing effectively. The military is the only thing the federal government does effectively but it’s incredibly inefficient.

That’s classic Pirate 4x4 there. I recognized the pic instantly. Sometimes when things break offroad you have to get creative. There are numerous pics on the internet of guys with logs held on with chains and ratchet straps in lieu of rear wheels on Jeeps with broken Dana 35s. I’m one of those guys who still has a 35

“Sinus damage” whatever that means.

It’s freaking expensive just to watch one game a week!

Well at first everyone was just posting spastic “He got hit with a line drive” stuff but nothing about how bad it really was. Deadspin is the go—to for all the sports clips since I can’t afford MLB TV. His Mom posted up on facebook last night that he’s going to be ok. Now it’s just about waiting to see when he’ll be

Please do keep us up to date. Archie is my cousin. I've had to watch on game tracker because Oklahoma cable doesn't cover D backs games. I'm praying this doesn't hurt his chances for a good season. He's been off to a really promising start since just making the big league roster.
