I even think season 6 has some strong points - I liked the idea of the Doomsday Killers and thought Colin Hanks did a good job in his role. The whole season kind of rolled along.

From what I’ve read, it’s no better than MP3 either. FLAC, or Opus would be the better bet. I’m ripping into FLAC from now on and coverting to something compressed like Opus when I need to. Moving to AAC would be like moving from IE6 to IE6.1.

This Article is not correct. The licensing was not stopped because mp3 is obsolete (although it might well be), but simply because all patents on the codec have expired. Since no one owns the rights to mp3 now no one can license it.
