To your point, one thing we rarely talk about is how expensive booze is. I’ve never been much of a drinker — maybe a few drinks per year. My present partner doesn’t drink at all. It really impacts our bottom line for the better

My actual theory is that they are cooked correctly but because I’m typically eating with a medium-to-large group, getting all our orders out together results in my steak continuing to cook while it waits. I don’t get this, I mean you get carbs from other sources...I wanna know is this people who eat mainly meat and fat and no veggies? What about the veggie people? One should be eating a shit ton of veggies on keto, like any other healthy diet.

Vermonter here updating the ice conditions. Generally 14-16" of ice depth plus some snow/slush in the protected bays of northern Lake Champlain. Wind and currents do some odd stuff on the open water outside the bays. I prefer to be on foot with ice safety gear rather than in a 2+ ton vehicle. Somewhere in Russia right…
