I’ve heard how bad S2 is, but is S3 worth the time? It was released under the radar and I don’t know if that is because (1) S2 was so bad or (2) it is as bad.

I’ve just started a rewatch of Deadwood (third watch through) and Rome (have only seen the first season before); I had forgotten how funny (almost absurdist) some of the interactions are.
