Isn’t this just an effect of using the “TV” app in iOS? I have similar notifications from the “TV” app on my phone for new episodes from ABC, FoxNow, and Hulu.

my clients have not reduced the amount withheld, what makes you think that?

There are going to be a lot of people asking ‘how is this possible’ next april.  They will need to look at a two year comparison as, with the adjusted tax rates and brackets, the withholding tables were changed.  This typically reduced the amount withheld, increasing take-home pay.  It should be fun.
