And Analyze Phish 3 with Adam Scott guesting!  Scott, Harris, and Adam Scott have the best chemistry.

As a more buxom-browed lady myself, I try to support my woolly kin, but those eyebrows were INTENSE.  Distracted almost as much as Julia Robert's terrible accent did.  But unlike Jennifer Connelly etc, they looked equally made-up and unnatural as the over-plucked, but just… big.

Eyebrows.  Discuss.

Best Halloween episodes of all time?

Oh god, it's not even worth it, even for them.

Yeah WHAT?

I went to the Comic Con panel for this because of Tony Hale (also present was Alan Tudyk, Christian Lander, Adam Brody, and a lot of preteen OC fans).  They screened the Spring Break episode — it was Not Good, with very few laughs in the audience.  There was a palpable sense of embarrassment during the Q&A, for

Not just a "colleague" — MATTHEW HOLNESS!!

I haven't seen any of the American version, but the UK show didn't have "any legs"either…

It's a shame that the director recently most using Mangan — James Griffiths, who directed both Free Agents and Episodes — doesn't seem to know what to do with him.  He's best at playing a petulant man-child asshole (the epitome being Guy Secretan, and in a way Dirk Gently).  We get an occasional glimpse of this in

I would say I wish I could unsee this, but it's so mediocre that it's pretty much already been forgotten.

Underrated or not, Green Wing is still one of the greatest comedies.

As a straight woman watching this, my only reaction to the Kats Dennings was, "I sure am glad a network finally cast a lady with a normal body type."

Yeah, the Martin Short stuff felt really off.  Maybe just because he's toned it way down for his lawyer character on Weeds, but this felt waaaay too campy, even for HIMYM.

I definitely did not expect that line from the Schmaltzby!

That was at least slightly less frustrating than the convenient retcon that Ted was invited to give speeches at all his high school friends' weddings… it was a clever-ish device to remind us of Ted's past accomplishments and failures, but made it seem as though Ted keeps in contact with all these people, when

I dunno… I thought it looked nice.

Ugh, yes.  I did not understand their choice of cinematography for that scene at all (breaking the fourth wall and then the weird handheld thing).  I would have preferred a much more stylized sequence; this one distressingly reminded me of Dancer in the Dark.  And WAS is supposed to be Robin's dream…?

The Office?
