My only nitpick with it is that trying to move a window around requires you to click on an upwards arrow at the top instead of simply allowing you to move the bubble/window around just by dragging it. I've been on T-Mobile's $30 plan for about a year and it's been wonderful. I only get 100 min on it but I rarely talk on the phone and if I happen to go over I can just use Hangouts with my Google Voice number if I really need it or add another $10 for 100 of more reliable talk time.
