While you just did name a bunch of pistachio ice creams I would say that no pistachio is not as common in the US as it is in Europe. If you go to most fresh ice cream shops you will not find pistachio. In Europe pistachio is so common I think there is some sort of Evil Pistachio Consortium(TM) that controls everything.

This just made me seriously nostalgic. I used to live in Big Spring, and- despite it being a shithole - thinking about the smell of mesquite smoke brought back all kinds of good memories.

We sell sweet cream and it is exactly that. It’s light and tasty and pares well with other flavors.
