I’m not entirely sure if the dreams I frequently have can be classed as “lucid”; they are always ultra-detailed, generally long, I sometimes (not often, unfortunately...) have extra-ordinary abilities, but I’m not sure about conscious control of myself (or whatever character I’m “following” in the dream) in them. I find cheese before bed helps; and that “wake up then go back to sleep” is the best time for dreaming.
Yeah, I find the “wake up then go back to sleep” is a good lucid trigger too.
It got mixed into the blur with Divergent and Maze Runner and... (I know there are others but I can’t think of them off-hand...)
