I took this with an old Samsung that was dropped into a stream earlier this year.  The hardest part was learning how to do tracking shots!

Phone cameras a great nowadays but I find the rather wide angle lenses don’t really look right in many situations. No substitute for a real prime and or telephoto glass.

Your framing is great! Ive been told that the art of photography is composition, which I struggle with. Perhaps you were overcompensating for the camera by cranking the saturation or is that an Instagram filter?

It will certainly end up even more enjoyable with all of that! I like stock miatas, they are cool and all. But heavily modified track rats are even better. And everything in between is varying degrees of awesome, especially when used appropriately.

Exactly the plan slowly but surely! As well as being a parts bin to pick parts for the good car. Especially the LSD since previous owner ripped me off a bit with an open diff swapped into the car that came from the factory with a torsen..

Great event. Sorry I missed you! One of my most striking realizations was hope capable an ND is in the hands of a great driver. I chased a stock ND around the track in the Exocet and had a real power advantage on the straight and even though I could kind of reel him in a bit in corners, it didn’t quite even out. God forbid someone likes your vehicle and tries to strike up a conversation.  What assholes for trying to find some common ground with you.
