I consider myself incredibly lucky then to get up close with that machine at the 2019 Concorso Italiano!

Two takeaways from this:

1. “An indication of a possible issue with one of the aircraft’s engines.” is a really funny way of saying “Severe Engine malfunction.”

and

2. The passengers probably had heart attacks and all they got out of it was a $30 meal voucher.

A Meal Voucher. What do they get if an engine falls off?…

Has anyone ever noticed that the foot rest in the Jeep Compass next to the brake pedal has a message in Morse code?

Not to mention the massive risks to safety. Sure, they’re fun to watch and all, but when something goes horribly wrong it paints automotive culture in a bad light. It’s the same thing when they have to shut down normal gatherings because of asshats not following the rules and putting spectators at risk.
