Coming from an industrial designer's mind-set in the early stages of sketch iterations:
What conceptual aesthetic features are you most looking forward to implementing into production cars once price and manufacturing processes allow for them?

Or you can just STOP EATING ALL OF THE GLUTEN!

Then don't follow the mold that so many fellow humans. Don't grow up to be an old cranky square.

Instead, stay young at heart and be that cool older guy/gal everyone of us Jalops has seen on the road cruising in a bright blue car with a giant wing on he back.

I know I'm more impressed and inquisitive when I see such

Am I missing something or are there really two different hatchback style wings and two different sedan style wings for the Gen 3? I don't understand why there are four photos for the same two gen 3 wings posted, while the hawk eye STI limited and S204 were omitted.

I wouldn't really call this 8 speed a "slush" box anymore.

They really have the OEM ride height and wheel offset down to a science now.

Sounds like a Subaru to me!

THANK YOU. I have never understood Subaru's marketing for this car.

In the promotional images you see the WRX/STI tearing up back road gravel and dirt and telling us it's a rally car, but then it comes with less than adequate ground clearance and summer low profile tires.

I feel that this has always hurt them in the

This will conveniently take the place of the axed U.S. Lotus Elise/Exige in the almost-exotic category. Trading displacement for an achievable goal of actually being to own one of these toys.

Sounds more menacing than the Aventador.

This light really shows off the new wide rear haunches of the Huracan. One of my biggest gripes of the Gallardo design was the relatively slab-sided appearance.

I think we were all holding our breath wondering how many more creases they could possibly pull on us without our complete dismissal of them as a reputable designers.

Well, they got us good. This thing is handsome and is almost harder to take in than the Aventador because they smoothed it out so much more. It's a

There is a point of diminishing returns here...

Don't get me wrong, this is an impressive spectacle from our bourgeoisie point of view because this realm of the 1% is mystifying to car nuts. If you go to school or work everyday seeing these cars it must just become normal.

A huge part of the excitement of seeing these

Wait...I never read news of an entirely new motor for the next gen Cooper S.

"...we can anticipate a souped-up version of the Cooper S's new all-BMW 2.0-liter twin-scroll turbo engine... "

I don't know if that's better than the French sourced 1.6 lump but it can't be any worse in reliability. Can it?

Curious how the Cooper S holds up over time, especially if it is being driven hard.

Every time I decide I want to sell my car the Cooper S is on the short list for a short period of time before I get paranoid over catastrophic mechanical or electrical issues. I can thank myself for getting those thoughts engrained

Unlike VW/Audi products, some BMW models are best left as Europe-only.

I am a sucker for conceptual automotive lighting design. This reminds me of the crispness that McLaren worked into the P1 rear lights. Utilizing the aerodynamically developed curves as a base, they were able to execute a minimalistic rear element with massive aesthetic coherency.

Check out the late 80s-early 90s Bimmers and you'll realize the current lineup doesn't take nearly as much advantage over the one design in different body sizes.

It didn't help that the DOT laws required the cars to have the exact same circular sealed beam lights, but disregarding that they still had that same boxy

And these marketing teams and execs get paid how much for this? I forgave LaFerrari due to its niche place in the market and limited run, but for a major brand to throw out this lackluster naming scheme...

I think he was referring more precisely to those in office and not just any Republican, but at that level corruption has no party boundaries

Judging by the angle of the corner of the headlight and the internal pattern it appears to be the RC-F unless the GS is getting an early face lift

Well I'm not surprised or excited about this at all. I wouldn't even say the front end is an improvement or even a more modern take on the current model.

The overly wide front grill and large black plastic filler on the rear prove that Ford designs still don't know how to design around the cars dimensions. I'm sure
