Nissan:
Build re-bodied leaf platforms with attractive coupe-like silhouettes and the price tag might start to sound decent. The matte black example is starting to prove my point.

Yet when Honda played it safe and made a boring 2011 replacement for the Civic they got bashed.
Why don't Americans buy wagons!? Just imagine the sexy possibilities...
2014 E-Class?
Somebody is trolling the forums me thinks
THAT'S IT! If this isn't consent for public road hooning than I don't know what is. Off to go perform reckless maneuvers in my RWD sports car for the rest of this lovely evening.
This is one very sharp looking big body. Looks better than the 7 (obviously), an even the 2014/15? S class. A good 'ol nip and tuck does great things for Audi. ibneedsmoreairbagsuspensionandnegativeoffsetdeepdishedwheels
haha. I own a Honda S2000, which is so lovely to drive that I wouldn't want to use the platform for bags. Any Jalops want a clean '05 S2K so I can move onto my dream VIP platform ;)
To each his/her own, but I say VIP has a legitimate place in the scene. The cars each have their own style & aura about them that exudes luxury and personal flair in a way that catches the eye, but doesn't necessitate typical fancy sports car ownership to garner. You can't get "the look" right without shopping for…
You say this like Hellaflush were the originators. They are a cheaper duplicate version that just caught on with the younger crowd that likes to spend money on car modifications. VIP is yearssssss older and just didn't catch on first in the U.S. due to the price of entry of luxury cars, cost of high quality…
Things a frickin' brute! First slide looks like it's just a huge mastiff of a beast pushing some real weight around, when in reality it's just older suspension tech so it doesn't handle as crisply when viewed from the outside.
Or they decided to repurpose the extra Super Trofeo bits they had laying around :)
I actually find it quite appealing. It's way out of my price range for now, but for a leading technology it isn't horribly priced, especially after state and federal government rebates are subtracted.
The exterior holds true to concept (always a plus), which combines modern design direction with quirky bits that let…
In love with the glossy non-metallic grey (dolphin grey?) color. It reminds me of the first gen TTs that had the same color, and the refreshed Murcielago/Gallardo paint option. Yum.
Oh my that is awful. Granted that's one of the worst angles to photograph a car, but still. It appears to be more of a refresh with the middle and roof area almost untouched by the designers.
Recaro is your friend ;)
How DARE they compare the beloved, timelessly styled S2000 to this beveled egg
The same reason the lights on a MINI Clubman are still visible even with the rear doors open. Safety reasons for traffic coming up behind you as you are unloading
This thing is really growing on me, and the lack of engine view is more than made up for with that spaceship exhaust placement.
