I’ve got it too. The first instance was when I was in my 20's and it was misdiagnosed for some time. I used to get flare ups all the time, terrible. Incapacitated for 1-2 weeks at a time. Awful night sweats. But I now know exactly how to avoid them and am largely free for the last 5 or so years.

I was thinking the tires were the wrong size. Looks like some Bro put on low-profiles. Tire rack tells me this is supposed to have 225/60-16. Those look a lot lower profile than that. Maybe lifted, maybe not.

But my other point was that sometimes you need to get the hell out the door ASAP to go see your Mom in the hospital, after a fall or some such. Or Dad when he forgets to take his pills and is totally out of it. So, I may be a niche case. But…
