That sounds awful, why do people continue to read it? Sounds like garbage daytime tv here in the states. Doesn't it lose it's novelty and just become repulsive at some point?
That makes a lot of sense. I wonder... does it have any correlation to the relatively smaller size of the U.K. (geographically and population) compared to the U.S., or is it merely cultural? I know the legal system is a contributing factor as well

+1, I have missed Raysism. It's like he shows up randomly to remind us all what the comments section could be.
I have three little brothers who are identical triplets (2 years younger than me), and they had to wrestle against each other in highschool to determine who would take a certain weight class (all 3 were state-qualifiers). It was miserable on every level
