Don’t expect much, Disney puts out videos like these frequently but they rarely translate into something reaching consumers. This may have been a concept they developed for the Galactic Starcruiser, specifically during the Kylo/Rey battle when he force pulls her across a catwalk.  

Someone has to turn it off. In the video, it’s off when he walks on, and then you hear a tone as someone in the background activates the floor. Though, I’m a little skeptical of the claims here. Other systems have been excited to show off people running full speed on them. In this video, everyone they show walks like…

And it is interesting to hear what being on the set of a CGI-fest is really like. I know even back in the days of practical effects not all the explosions and things really happened on set but were done on scale models in post, but a fair amount actually did happen, which I imagine would be easier to act around.
