I have a good, salaried job, as an engineer at a power plant equipment manufacturer. Sometimes, during major equipment tests, I need to put in extra work at strange hours. It’s not year round, and it’s not all that common. Maybe a few weeks a year. It’s fine.

An issue which happens to people who jump ship to start another company is that some don’t recognize how luck was a major factor in their success in the past and their egos can end up wrecking the company.

Xbox needs to coast until either their first-party efforts catch up to the rest of the division or GamePass becomes approximately as ubiquitous as Netflix.

This is just a GOTY edition, gamers have known about those forever and don’t have a big problem with it. What seems to completely be flying over your head is it’s the exact same game and DLC that they’ve already sold before. There is no extra work being done on this edition.
