That was Not Good. :\

With my first child we paid out of pocket for a midwife to do home birth, and it cost $7,000. For my second child I went to a birth center with a certified nurse midwife, my insurance covered most stuff and we only ended up paying $1,000 at the end.

I finished my skirt, but I think I need to go back and use a thinner elastic at the top. It looks a little bunchy with the 1.5 inch stuff.

I do not approve of Nicole Scherzingedererer and I should not approve of that dress, but I do. The color coordinates with her fake tan, it fits her well and the skirt looks delightfully swishy.

I finished my cute toddler dress and I’m discovering it’s really hard to take pictures of clothes, especially when the model is a wiggly two year old. But it’s done, and it’s cute, maybe I can throw it on a hanger and get a pic for next week. Up next I’m making myself a super simple skirt, and then after that moccasin…
