Actually that would be an EXCELLENT trade to make in Monopoly, since the first three monopolies on the board, with the exception of Med. Avenue and Baltic, statistically are landed on FAR more frequently than Park Place and Boardwalk.  I’d make that trade in a heartbeat and proceed to win with very little effort.

It would actually, since the existence of a theoretical “easy mode” would not mean you had to actually PLAY the game in the easy mode.

The point is until you don’t HAVE to “look hard”, it still isn’t easy to get.  The area you live in makes a HUGE difference here.  YOU may have had that many at a local Target, but your experience is not even close to universal.
