There is another group of amazing people called Accessible Racing (www.accessibleracing.com) who provide driving experiences focused predominantly on wounded war vets. I love hearing about these people who want to make racing available to everyone.

It depends on whether the battery cell format has been configured in parallel, or in sequence. DiGrassi's statement leads me to believe it may be the former

I had an asshat former colleague who actually butchered the Lotus badge, replacing the name "Lotus" with Isuzu. He then printed it out on vinyl several times, and proceeded to replace the badges with the doctored logo on his Isuzu Irmscher SUV (which already had the "handling by Lotus" badges on it).

The NSU Ro80 was probably comparable in relation to the Roadpacer. A 995c.c powerplant in a chassis that was considerably smaller than the Holden HJ platform used for the Mazda...

Perhaps what's even more surprising is who makes them. As TTAC also noted, the manufacturers of manual wagons include Mini, Subaru and even Cadillac but not stalwarts like BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Volvo.
