He did do I Love You Philip Morris, which is super underrated.

The Black Spider is a fine piece of Christian horror. Blood on the Forge is a great 20th century novel focused on a black family in the middle of the Great Migration.

Did anyone else tear up watching Carrie become prom queen and basically be loved and happy for ONE fucking moment of her life…then boom, pigs blood? It's horrifying and thats before the murders start. I'd read the book and I was still crushed.

Patinkin!!! His voice is like spun gold. He kills that scene - its one of the few parts of the movie where the characters feel like actual people.

This is an odd duck of a movie - too similar to Batman, not very memorable script, etc but Beatty's talented enough that the colors and feel of it are still from a distinct comic book world of its own which is nice compared to the MCU's "real world" thing. Sondheim's songs though are wayyyyy better than the movie,

Dad you can't be a dinosaur! You're human!

I voted for her, that doesn't mean I liked her. It's not an either/or thing where you have to love Clinton and hate Trump.

Sanders wasn't even perfect, he was just proposing yknow actual IDEAS.

"Flawed"? Jesus she couldn't even commit to a 15 dollar an hour minimum wage.

Jesus guys let it go. He sucks but she wasn't your messiah.

Worked for Uber as a customer service rep for three days then quit. Their vibe is just *creepy*, like this weird worship of the company as the only motivation in life.

Manchester is pretty damn funny, whether in the flashbacks or really most of the scenes. It's a wonderful mix of tragedy and humor.

Tower Heist is a really mediocre movie but Broderick steals every scene he's in there. "What are you doing?" "I'm thinking of becoming a prostitute."

People forgetting that the entire movie is rooted in Ferris trying to help his friend get past his problems is so, so fucking tiring.

Isn't the term mis-used a lot anyway?

Its my least favorite Apatow film for that reason/Ben and Allison should NOT be together.

I mean Grey's Anatomy was never that great, and I do think she got an unfair deal about Knocked Up, but I dunno saying stuff about your show's writing is uh, a little uncool.

Unsure.

Okay lets be honest we don't need to put "difficult" in air quotes for Heigl. Someone who publicly trashes the person who wrote her breakout role then doesn't show up for that show is probably not that easy to work with.

Tropic Thunder basically destroyed any notion of taking this stuff seriously though right?
