It looks like something from the 80s, like at first it looked like an NT650 frame. This thing is retro fantastic.

No way to get out? How about the lever on the floor mentioned in both the article, and by about 50 other commenters?
Those look badass though, isn’t that the one Paul Newman drove?
The 2+2s had questionable styling, but so did the 260Z, 280Z, and 300ZX 2+2s.
The Stadium Super Trucks series is great racing. Rusty Wallace and I’m pretty sure Travis Pastrana are running, I’m looking forward to it.
The Mark of Excellence
Are there no cross streets at all along the entire route?
The contribution comment was more aimed towards the reduction in speed limits (and resulting loss of economic productivity) that came from coddling stupid people.
How about people stop, look, and listen, like somebody in Kindergarden?
When will society stop trying to place its growing burden of stupidity on those who actually produce and contribute?
I own a 2004 Mustang GT, but you’re not answering what was asked:
But it doesn’t weigh anything.
It has a V8 in it.
But it has way less torque than the Mustang.
Obama makes Clinton look conservative. At least Clinton worked with conservatives (and got stuff done), regardless of the consequences.
Ronald Reagan raised taxes more than any other president in recent history. However, political expedience and political messaging are two different things.
And inflation? And unemployment?
Agreed on all points. Certainly in stock form (as mine was when I bought it) it was a bit of a snooze fest. An intake, exhaust, suspension, and trans swap changed the entire character of the car. While I’d like more power, I have a Mustang GT for when I want to go straight, fast.
I normally agree with you, and without experience, would be inclined to here, but the 1989 Thunderbird with the V6 is 250lbs lighter than an SC. My NA 1989 Thunderbird has a 51/49 weight distribution. Lowered on Eibach Pro Kit springs, with Tokico shocks, and SC roll bars, it handles even better than an SC. With a 5…
Yeah my 1989 Thunderbird has the same adjuster knob, the system works really well for me. I’ve never had someone dim their lights only for mine to go bright again, that’s funny.
At least they still clarify that the cars are fuel injected. I’d be forced to look for a carburetor if they weren’t still called the 328i or 340i...
Great for Dale Junior, in racing 11 years is practically an eternity. What a down to earth dude, he was practically in tears.
