GMC already did it with the K5 Jimmy and S15 Jimmy. Jeep is also trying to be a premium brand (look at the median income of Grand Cherokee buyers), and having the Wrangler still works in their lineup. If GMC can make a personal, professional grade off roader, it can work.
I drive a Ford Thunderbird with automatic high beams. Its not the automatic high beams that's the problem, its adaptive high beams that have more than two distinct brightness levels.
While my post above was tongue in cheek, cassettes can actually be very high quality. New and properly maintained cassettes played on proper equipment can match or exceed CD quality.

I love cassettes. With the endless music available to you with Spotify and your own library on your phone/ipod, I like just having a Cassette. The music is set, doesn't use data, doesn't drain battery, and the clarity is wonderful. It's like cheap hifi compared to what most stuff is streamed at.
