What is it that you feel regret about? My guess is that if you look at your regrets you will find your ideal life (not trying to be inspirational here, just practical).
If you want a steak, most people won’t be impressed by chuck. But for other uses it’s a much better choice, with a lot more flavor than the tender cuts.
