I’ve had a lot of peanuts at JPL. The peanuts are always Planters and hence not very appetizing. People often just take one, or a small handful and pass on the jar to be a good sport. 

My daughter is a fan of the 2 lb tubes and the meat is just not quite right. A fair amount of machine-stripped pink slime in there I’d say.

Baking soda has about half the sodium of table salt. So for people who are sensitive and don’t eat table salt, that’s a lot. People who don’t watch their sodium won’t notice.
