Good thing they’re doing this tour now and not three years from now. Nobody would enjoy this setlist, were it three years older.

I much prefer the AVClub Undercover with GWAR covering Wayward Son.

My question exactly. I had to search for it. Must have missed it the first go-’round, too.

Yet Marvel has been pushing the character left and right since the book came out. So it must have been doing something right, don’t ya think?

Nah, that is Ms. Marvel.

the story is antifeminist shitbag dudebros love to come out of the woodwork to rag on this comic.  they HATE that it’s as beloved as it is.

And yet the first TPB debuted on the New York Times bestseller list. I'm wondering if perhaps there's a deeper story here than individual comic book sales can tell by themselves. Maybe it's that comic book stores aren't really inviting to the typical Squirrel Girl audience?

I don’t understand, why is this on IDW?

I want to give a shout out to my series MVP, Brain Drain. Here is a list of things about him, which doubles as a list of things I love about him.
- He was an evil Hydra scientist named Werner Schmidt in the 1940s, until an alien spaceship accidentally landed on him.
- the aliens felt bad and wanted to put him back

In the truest Doreen Allene Green spirit, I’m going to focus on the miracle that we got 58 issues of Unbeatable Squirrel Girl (plus the OGN), and not that it’s ending.

I’m still convinced that Endgame would have been 110% better if Squirrel Girl had jumped in from out of nowhere to KO Thanos in one punch.

I’d just like to take a moment to appreciate one of the greatest cover in comic book history.

I thought the Impossible Burger folks were touting that it “bleeds” when you bite into a cooked patty.  In other words, it’s juicy like a properly cooked burger.  Not that it just leaks reddish juice while sitting there uncooked.

Would lab grown meat address the health issues? I don’t really see how it would. Animal cruelty and environmental issues, absolutely.

There are a ton of reasons to eat lab grown meat beyond “i don’t like real meat”. The goal (we’re not there yet) is to create a substitute for one of the most environmentally and health unfriendly items that is consumed on a global scale.

Automata was a stellar album especially part 2.

This list and the comments are really just ways to make me miss Heller and Metal Box and *ahem* Leonard, aren’t they?

“Who do you serve?”

My first thought was, “Oh, I wonder what their process was for casting those specific people with those specific jobs and stories in this ad.”
