Just email your rep. They are still your rep, even if you can’t vote for them. Their websites usually just ask for address/zip when you use them to send an email - as long as you are emailing the rep for your zip, your email will be counted as a message from a constituent (i.e., one they actually pay attention to).

Interestingly, five is where they draw the line on their website (while four is implicitly within their recommendation):
