Con Seannery: SAVE PONIES!

@freakboy9: Just out of Curiosity, why'd you have to call him on it? A bit of a stick in the mud, aren't ya?

@bookmatch: I find it interesting that you can pick up vinyl in Best Buy these days.

@TanyaRei: You mean like the laser turntables they have? The ones they don't damage the vinyl, a format that is exploding in sales?

@Homer's Enemy: As we saw in Battlefield 2, the UAV will give realtime locations of all enemies in a certain radius.

@Eugene Malkin: Because, of course, every task at all related to science must be curing cancer. In no way do different branches of science differ from medicine.

Because I sure want to degrade my standard of living in order to appease the ego of some group of ecofreak whackjobs relying on bad science and outright fabrications to feel self-righteous. Yep.

@Badsgetmad: While your delivery wasn't great, your point's spot on.

I never understood how that would work well. It seems like it'd be too easy to fake checks through a phone pic.

@roninpenguin: I do agree with many of the points presented in the film. I think I may have projected some of the impressions I got from reading Fast Food Nation onto what was said in Food, Inc. because they're from the same guy.

@Cornflower: I saw Food, Inc. Pretty much the same arguments from Fast Food Nation. Mostly a bunch of anti-capitalist scare tactics.

@jetRink: You mean to say that a claim based on speculation with no factual evidence might be less credible than one backed up by scientific research and expert opinions, as well as a formal investigation?

@MattChance: You mean the conspiracy films that take at least 90% of their evidence out of context, use deliberately grainy images, and discount everything that contradicts them as a coverup? Sure. THOSE are credible sources.

@roninpenguin: The tale getting a bit hot and steamy?

@Copper: So, Copper, how could it take you 7 minutes to cook your spaghetti when it takes the entire spaghetti eating world 18 minutes?

@yihdego: I just fill most of the pot. I'm not particularly concerned about the excess of water swirling down my drain, and it doesn't cost much more in gas to heat it.
