@KLondike5: You just made the last 3 years of my resume make sense. God bless you.

I agree with the kids. Kate pulled out all the stops during hand jive night.

@NefariousCAT: They are retooling Betty Crocker's cookbook, not Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Perhaps Aspics aren't featured so prominently?

@RousseMacabre: Ha ha ha, my spouse got one in college. They were giving away free pizzas for applying.

@Anna: I thought it was a blanket.

The trick to painting your non-dominant hand? Don't try to make it perfect as you go. Perfectionism while painting your nails leads to smudges, smears and frustration.

@RiotGrrrl: My girl loves cheez-its. And popcorn. Carbs+fat+salt=bliss for us both.

@Penny: This makes me feel so much better about discovering a peed on bed yesterday. Thank you. :-) He is so cute... and so evil.

@Penny_Esq: What's your price range? Pearl earrings or some other business friendly jewelry seem like a good bet.

@Mealine95: Wait, she marries the prince? UUGH... you ruined the ending for me. Disney plots always keep me on tenterhooks. :-)

@justcallmeangel: I actually heard it like "popular," which immediately made me start working on a parody. "Twatular. I know about Twatu-u-lar..."

I've gone back and forth on this subject too many times to count. I think that "positive thinking" as shilled by The Secret and Oprah can be, and is abused frequently. All too often it is just a code for denial.
