This is completely correct. I am currently shopping and the Model 3 makes an extremely compelling case because it is the only not lame EV option. If you’ve been using a 3-series/A4/C-class as a second car (i.e. it’s not your family’s road trip vehicle), it’s beyond a no-brainer, even if you don’t have a garage to park

I thought the first gen SQ5 was the absolute hotness, even though they weren’t as sharp as some of the competition. However, the current Q5 and SQ5 are absolutely out of consideration for me because of this! Those fake exhausts look awful! What is this, a Honda Civic? At least find a more elegant solution, Audi! I’m

Now playing

Here’s where that’s from, in case you didn’t know:

Window smash central. Apparently thieves have figured out that smashing the tiny rear-most side windows on the Model 3 doesn’t trigger the alarm and provides access to the lever for folding down the rear seats and accessing the trunk. It’s open season on ‘em here in the bay.

I agree with the E63 wagon suggestion, but that ad, ugh! They absolutely butchered that poor wagon! And the ad itself is unbearable! So Silicon Valley but in a Hayward way. No, thank you!

VW will probably sell more of those than Genesis will sell all kinds of G70s combined. The Mk VII has been a hot seller and out for years. Not only that, but people probably option manuals surprisingly consistently. The manual G70 will be lucky to make it past a couple of model years I reckon. It’ll be like a manual

Closest G70 of any kind (10 within 500 miles) is 408 miles away from Palo Alto. The San Francisco Bay Area is making it rain right now (and for years!). Not only that, but buyers here seem very open to newcomers and more ‘European’ choices. Tons of manuals around! I don’t understand what could be going through a

You must get the Genesis. You’ll have a unicorn!

Uh... I don’t think you quite understand what percent means.

Well the Edge and F-150 around that time were known for their tiny and lousy halogen headlights. So yeah.

Definitely do not trade anything, especially US dollars, for a Dodge Journey!

Not on the 335 and 340. To this day you can still order a manual xDrive with the big engine. RIP. End of an era.

Current pricing for the 440 convertible. So there was their floor. Not very surprising.

What I more see happening is the sedan selling not-that-well and them having to fill up plant capacity with this.

You and Jason Cammisa should start a support group. He was talking about exactly this when he was on The Smoking Tire podcast.

It’s the Borrego/Mohave all over again. Guess the economy should tank and fuel prices should shoot up any minute now.

If you’re gonna modernize a sedan design, let it be the Alfa 159!

*Definitely* thought Alfa the second I laid eyes on it. The whole thing. Looks like a MiTo mixed with a Brera. Unfortunately the rear window seems to also be the same size as the MiTo. Rear seat passengers aren’t gonna be seeing anything out the side, much like the unfortunate Toyota CH-R.

You can see the brake lights flashing, so it was full braking at that point. Definitely expected the Lambo to get out of the way more quickly.

NP on rarity alone, plus those Volvo 5-pots are sweet. Don’t really think the stick adds much to the experience, but this is selling at automatic price anyway so why not?
